MINOR SUBDIVISION
Starting at $12,000
A Minor Subdivision is the division of a property that does not qualify for an exemption survey and will result in the creation of five lots or fewer from the parent parcel since 2003. If no divisions have happened on the property since January 1, 2003 you can split the property into five lots and qualify as a minor subdivision. However, if divisions of the property have happened after that date they do count against this total.

Services Included are field work, drafting and computing, pre-plat application, impact criteria report, elected official meeting, securing and coordinating the completion of conditions, final plat application, elected official approval, and the filing of the final plat.
